Libido, or our cumulative sex drive and it can become elusive and disappear and klow libido can ruin our lives. There are several reasons, but the chief amount them are: • Health reasons. You health is suffering. • Lack of intellectual stimulation. The chi is holistic, and as the spiritual and mental stimulation diminish, so does the physical. • Association with unpleasant people • Persistent Stress • Mental self-degradation. If you think you are old, no longer attractive, or for whatever reason, no longer desirable, the libido will quickly recede into memory only. How the Libido Can Return to You • You must strive to be healthy and physically fit. The libido, being composed of chi, will become dissipated otherwise. See a doctor, join a gym, take long walks, eat well, lose weight, and remain always clean. In these habits, the chi excels, and libido flourishes. As you feel this wonderful feeling, say mentally to yourself that you are a lion of strength, and power. That your reproductive power is unlimited; feel the creative force within making you so. Think it, imagine it, believe it, and accept it. Enjoy this feeling as long as possible. Then slowly watch your breath again, and open your eyes. This meditation should last for 10 minutes or more. Done daily, you will feel your libido increasing and if a man, copious amounts of sperm forming within you. If you are a woman you will feel like the earth in springtime, fertile and the womb of all creation. With such feelings, the libido is at home, and can stay with you all your life. Libido is a reflection of you! When you are acting to your full potential your libido will return and you will not only conquer low libido but get more from life.
